Who we are

Matidan AI is an AI automation agency based in Novi Sad, Serbia. For anything about your data, write to sales@matidan.com.

What we collect

When you request a free AI audit, the form sends us:

• your name, email address and company name
• your website, if you add it
• your business type, if you choose one
• what takes up most of your time, in your own words
• the service you asked about, if you opened the form from a service card
• the language of the page you sent the form from

If you email us, we receive your message and your email address.

Why we use it

We use this data only to reply to your request, prepare your AI audit and talk with you about a possible project. We don't sell it and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use a few providers to run the site and our email:

• Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions.
• Zoho hosts our email.

These providers may process data outside Serbia.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

If we don't start working together, we delete your request within 12 months of our last contact. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to sales@matidan.com and we will reply.

You can also file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
